Handmade Fall Card Ideas - Day 5 of 5!

Sadly, we're on the last day of Handmade Fall Card Ideas series.  On a high note though, I have 3 lovely cards for you today using fall leaves.  I really love the Leaflets Framelits Dies and coordinating Vintage Leaves stamp set.  I'm using these in my classes this month, so I'll show that when we've had our final class with it.

This first card is from Crew Stamper Vicky Collins.  Vicky used lots of sponging to great effect with this wonderful fall card.  I love how she stamped the card front with the Hardwood background stamp, die cut the leaf and used the negative of the die to showcase her focal point.  The scene was stamped on another layer, then mounted on the card.  All the dark sponging makes it pop.  Love it!

 Our next card is from Crew Stamper Cathy Holman.  I can always tell it's Cathy's card because she's diligent about stamping not only the front, but the inside and back of the card.  She goes all out to make sure getting a card from her is a full experience.  Cathy used great fall colors in her card.  She stamped and heat embossed all the leaves before die cutting, then also used some Gorgeous Grunge images for texture.  This is her card front.

The inside is a fun pop up card with lots of great words and elements.  Still sticking with the fall color scheme established on the front of the card.  

Here's the back of the card with the always beautiful Sheltering Tree stamp set.  Great job Cathy!

Our last card today is from Crew Stamper Janet Hathcoat.  Janet stamped and die cut her fall leaves for this card and also used the Hardwood background stamp.  Isn't it amazing how three people can use the same supplies but get completely different looks?  Love it!  I also love the bit of Burlap Ribbon and Linen Thread added with some Gold Glimmer paper for a little more texture.

Handmade Fall Card Ideas - Day 4 of 5!

Welcome back to yet another day full of Handmade Fall Card Ideas!  Today, we have a couple fun fall themed treat holders instead of cards.

This first adorable purse treat holder was made by Crew Stamper Mary Harvey.  Mary made this using a template and the texture was added with the Cable Knit Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  That's a mouthful!  She added a Mini Tassel and a cute little saying.  The box could fit lots of little candies or a set of 3x3 cards.  A little bit of black sponging on the handles and clasp area help to make them pop.  Love it!

Our second project is from Crew Stamper Sharon Milburn.  Sharon had us make this fun box at a recent demonstrator meeting.  Yes, I already ate the candy out of it.  Stop putting candy in things - said no one ever!  I really love the use of the Petals and Paisley's Specialty Designer Series Paper. The little die cut flower  on the belly band is from the Paisley Framelits Dies.

Handmade Fall Card Ideas - Day 3 of 5!

Welcome back to day 3 of our Handmade Fall Card Ideas series.  Yesterday, our theme was orange, today, it's all about the browns.  Fall is my absolute favorite time of the year.  I actually have been doing some raking and weed pulling in the back yard just to be outside.  If you know me, yard work is not my thing, so I really do love cool weather and when everything turns brown.  There are just soooo many shades mixed in with greens, yellows, reds and more.  I have several cards to share today using different shades of browns with other colors.

This first card is from Crew Stamper Sharon Milburn.  Sharon used the Christmas Pines bundle to create this great fall card (this is a very versatile stamp set).  Sharon used Soft Suede along with other fall colors and some Warmth and Cheer Designer Series Paper and Copper Foil Paper.  Love it!

Sharon has a little Copper Thread and a bit of 5/8" Burlap Ribbon as embellishment.  She textured the Soft Suede card stock with the Pine Bough Embossing Folder.  Lovely card!  

Our next project is a beautiful thank you card from Crew Stamper Laura Diamond.  Laura used the Tuscan Vineyard stamp set in browns and other fall colors.  She also used some of the Burlap Ribbon - great for fall projects! Laura used Early Espresso and Crumb Cake browns on her project.

I love all the rich colors on this fall Tuscan Vineyard card!  

The last couple cards I wanted to share with you were some Paper Pumpkin Bonus Projects I sent out to my subscribers.  I sent the supplies and a couple sample photos for them to make another project with their kit supplies.  I used Early Espresso and some of the Petals and Paisley's Specialty Designer Series Paper.

Handmade Fall Card Ideas - Day 2 of 5!

Welcome back to another day of Handmade Fall Card Ideas!  Today's theme is "can you say orange?"   I know when I think of fall colors, oranges are in the top five.  Our cards today use orange with other great colors to make these fun autumn cards.

This first card was one we made in classes last month.  I used the Sheltering Tree stamp set and the Cottage Greetings stamp set for the words.  One of my all time favorite colors is Crushed Curry which I used for the card base.  Adding some Tangerine Tango and Early Espresso make the card pop.  I also added some Gold Glimmer Pen to the leaves for shimmer.  For more ideas using the Sheltering Tree stamp set, click here.

Handmade Fall Card Ideas - Day 1 of 5!

I have another series for you - Handmade Fall Card Ideas!  For the next 5 days, I'll be sharing some great card and treat ideas made by myself and some friends.  Today's post features three cards using fun fall characters.

Our third card today was made by Crew Stamper Kelli Cochran.  I love the adorable card made with the Bear Hugs stamp set and framelits.  Using fall colors and our Crumb Cake Notecards and Envelopes was a great choice for a fall card.  The words are also from the Sheltering Tree stamp set.
