Here's a card made using the new Perfect Pennants stamp set and a little of the Fresh Prints DSP Paper Stack in the Occasions Catalog.

Colors used are Coastal Cabana, Melon Mambo and Basic Black.  Gorgeous Grunge was used for the background.

A few Rhinestones jewels and some DSP make the card pop!
