The prom theme was the Great Gatsby and I thought her gold dress fit right in with the time period. I made the wrap and matching clutch. Yes, I can sew, but don't tell our band directors!!!
Samantha and her date/boyfriend, Joe.
What a handsome couple!!
After our house, we took photos at one of the boys grandparents house on a lake - very pretty!
This is a very special group of friends!
The whole group. They actually stayed at prom for almost 2 hours. I think that's longer than the older three stayed in all 6 years, combined!
Stay tuned tomorrow for the retiring list (all stamps and supplies will only be available while supplies last). PLUS - FREE SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING APRIL 21-25TH!!!!!
Today's project is from CrEW stamper Mary Harvey. Mary made this adorable and versatile gift card holder for our Demonstrator swap last week.
Each pocket is sized to use with a gift card. The 3 envelopes were made with the Envelope Punch Board. The top pocket has a rose, a tag and a little ribbon.
The second pocket has a couple of our Large Rhinestone Jewels.
The 3rd pocket has a tag with a little Silver Glimmer bling.
I love that these go nicely together with a key ring and some Summer Starfruit 1-1/4" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon. Um, Mary.... I may have to "borrow" this idea for the Christmas event this summer!!!
