For our projects today, I have two using the Sleigh Ride Edgelits Dies.  This first card used the Jingle All the Way stamp set as well (a great deal on the bundle).  We made this card at our Christmas in August event.  

The layers use Whisper White, Soft Sky, Marina Mist and Night of Navy card stock.  For the starry sky, I used the Softly Falling embossing folder, put Whisper White Craft Ink on the bumpy side, then gently closed the folder on my Navy card base and ran a brayer over it.  The stars stay, but no dry embossing was done. 

This next card  was made for a Demonstrator card swap.  I used the elegant Winter Wonderland Specialty Designer Series Paper for the card background and the ornament background.  

To make the ornament, I cut the background paper with the open ornament die from the Delicate Ornaments Dies.  I cut half an ornament from the Gold Foil paper, then cut the top of that with the Sleigh Ride Die.  TIP - use a little wax paper between the die and the paper to help remove the paper from the die, and then run it along the side of the platform instead of the center.  I die cut a hanger from Gold Foil, then added some Gold 1/8" Ribbon.  The sentiment is from the To You and Yours Too stamp set.
