It's been a few days since I last posted.  I had a cold last week and am finally feeling better, but even that didn't stop all the other events happening the last few days.  We've had girl scouts, band activities, along with stamping classes, so I'm finally finding a few minutes to share with you!!

We had a teen card class recently, so I thought I'd share those with you this week.  Today's card is a fun owl card.

I used the Circle Card Thinlit Die to create this fun card.  The colors used are Melon Mambo, Early Espresso and Whisper White.

The word bubble is made with the Just Sayin' stamp set and Word Bubbles Framelits Dies in the Occasions Mini Catalog.  I used a 5-3/8" x 8-1/2" piece of Melon Mambo CS and ran it through the big shot with the long end sticking out on top of the die so it wouldn't cut through.

A variety of punches were used to make the owl.

Supplies used:  Card stock - Whisper White, Melon Mambo, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake, Crushed Curry, Basic Black, Silver Glimmer Paper and Bright DSP Paper Stacks.
Ink - Early Espresso / Stamp set - Just Sayin' and Itty Bitty Banners
Misc: Big Shot, Circle Card Thinlit Die, Word Bubble Framelits Dies, Woodgrain Embossing Folder, 2-1/2" Circle Punch, 1-3/4" Circle Punch, 1-2" Circle punch, Itty Bitty Punch Pack, 1-1/4" Scallop Circle Punch, Owl Builder punch, Linen Thread, White Chalk Marker
