The borders are a little wider that I usually go with so the base of the card is 8-1/2" x 11" folded in half.  The Strawberry Slush layer is 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" and the smaller Whisper White layer is 3-1/2" x 4-3/4".  The strip of DSP is from the Quatrefancy Specialty pack.   The flower was stamped in Whisper White card stock with VersaMark and heat embossed with White Embossing Powder.  I sponged on Pink Pirouette ink over the flower (in a circular rubbing motion), then lightly added the Strawberry Slush ink in the same manner.  Always start of lightly then you can add more ink if you want it.  I buffed the flower with a paper towel to remove excess ink, then trimmed it out with Paper Snips.  The flower is popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals and a little Rhinestone Jewel dots the "i".   Quatrefancy Specialty Designer Series Paper 130141 Price: $12.95 Bold and beautiful quatrefoil designs.
