This card was designed by Sharon Hale.  She used the Papillon Potpourri and the Bitty Butterfly Punch on DSP.

Here's a closer look at Sharon's card.  You can see the DSP on the Butterflies.  She added a touch of Dazzling Details on the bodies for some sparkle.  She used the Sunshine & Sprinkles DSP from the Spring Mini Catalog.
