Holiday cards from Crew Stamper Cathy...

Hello everyone!  Today I have a couple holiday cards from Crew Stamper Cathy Holman.  The first card uses the White Christmas stamp set from the Annual Catalog with one of our retired treat cups. Since this is a 3D card, she made this adorable box for it.

The inside of the cup is filled with red, green and silver sequins.  

The 2 layers are held together by the snowflake brad, so when the top layer is rotated, you can see the inside.  Adorable!!

This second card uses the Sparkly Season stamp set for the front and some retired items for the inside and back.

The front of the card has the snowman and snow globe images, along with a verse from the Versatile Christmas stamp set.  

The inside verse is from the same stamp set with some retired DSP.  

The back also uses a retired stamp set from last year.  I love how Cathy always decorates all the card layers (inside and out).  Love it and thank you Cathy!

Today's swap cards feature fun holiday critters and characters.

This fun card is from Michele Murphy and features the White Christmas stamp set.  Santa's sleigh is from a retired set, but it adds a fun touch and it looks like the bear is looking up at it.  I love all the wonderful sponging on this card and the color combinations.  It's hard to tell from the photo, but the trees are nice and sparkly as well.  

This card is from Deanna Barton and uses the White Christmas stamp set too.  Deanna added the car with the tree and some fun red birds for a pop of color.  I love the raised banners and car image. Adorable!!!

This elegant card is from Mary (or is it Merry) Harvey.  Mary used the new Softly Falling Embossing Folder to create a great texture on the Soft Sky card front.  She cut out a window with the Flower Medallion Punch for the image to show through.  The Red Foil bow is from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies.   

The inside of the card features a cardinal from the Joyful Season stamp set.  I love the layer of our new Black Glimmer Paper to mimic the colors on the cardinal. Beautiful card Mary!  Oh, Mary also lined her envelopes with the new Real Red Envelope Paper (forgot to get a photo of that).  Lovely.  

This fun card is from Vicky Collins.  Vicky used the new Snow Place stamp set and coordinating Snow Friends Framelits Dies (bundle shown above) to make this happy snowman and friend.  I love the "chalkboard" look of the sentiment and the great snowflake textured embossing on the card background.  So cute!

This super adorable card was made by our youngest swapper, Ashley Diamond.  Ashley also used the Snow Place bundle to create her card, then added some faux snowbanks with sponging, some Softly Falling embossed snow and a piece of White Glitter Ribbon.  The "snow" words are from the Seasonal Frame Thinlits Dies (bundled with the Sparkly Season stamp set).  My favorite part of this card are the Real Red Pompom Trim earmuffs!!!!  The stamp set and dies come with an earmuff image which she used, but added the pompoms on top.  LOVE IT!!!  Great job Ashley!

White Christmas, Partridge & Pears & a new stamp set - really!

Okay, my bad.  I completely left off the new stamp set of my last post!  Yikes!! That's what the holidays are doing to me!  Here is the awesome new Snuggles And Smooches set:

Today I want to share lots of great cards using the White Christmas stamp set from the Holiday Mini catalog.  It may be too late to get your cards finished for this year, but keep in mind that these sets are still available until January 5th, so take notes for next year and start early!!

Colors used are Soft Sky, Whisper White and Basic Black with a couple markers and some sponging.

Colors used are Pool Party, Smokey Slate and Whisper White along with some Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.  Sponging, coloring, cutting and lots of glitter make this card pop.  

One of my favorites.  The colors used were Early Espresso, Whisper White and Baked Brown Sugar.  Sponging with White Craft ink created the frosty effect and snowflakes and extra snow were made with the Chalk Marker.  

Colors used were Whisper White, Early Espresso, Old Olive and Watercolor Paper.  A little Santa & Co. DSP added a touch of red.  

Colors used were Soft Suede, Crumb Cake and Whisper White.  There is a window sheet in the window behind the panes.  I like the effect of looking out of the window.  

The last card today is from CrEW Stamper Mary Harvey and features a card made using the Partridge & Pears stamp set.

The card base is Brushed Silver card stock with an embossed piece of Crushed Curry on the front.  She used the Filigree Frame Embossing Folder along with some Silver Satin Ribbon.  

The gorgeous image was colored with our great Blendabilities markers - lovely!!!
