Marquee Messages and some original artwork..

My card today features the new Marquee Messages stamp set.  This is adorably retro and has lots of possibilities.  I love all the message options in the set.

The image was stamped on white, then the arrow stamped on Melon Mambo and trimmed out.  I popped that up with some Dimensionals, then used the Chalk Marker to highlight the arrow and the Gold Wink of Stella Pen to color in the lines and stars.  A little Pop of Pink Washi Tape holds the focal image to the card front.  

When I went to LA to visit Kim in April, we went to an outdoor art festival.  Her roommate, Chase Michaelis, is a concept artist and had a booth at the show.  These are a few of his original images.  He now works on the HBO show Animals.
