We finally made it back home yesterday after driving over 2000 miles - yikes! We had a great time with family at our nephew's wedding in High Point, NC, then drove up and celebrated Rosh Hashanah with one of my bridesmaids and her family. We spent a VERY long day in Washington DC, took a train into town and walked all over the place and saw lots of our government buildings, museums, etc. That night, we drove to Philadelphia and spent two days there exploring the origins of our great country, along with the Penn State Penitentiary which was super cool. We left and headed home with a stop to visit the Luray Caverns in Virginia. Needless to say, we're tired, trying to get caught up and doing laundry today. Katie came home for the weekend with her new car and we're going to the ASU game later today.
