Today's super cute shadowbox card was made by Tricia Kaplan.

Tricia used the By the Tide stamp set, then sponged on Glossy White card stock to make the water print on the background.  

Here's a closer look.  The hole was cut with the Window Frames Collection Framelits Dies. I will try to get a tutorial posted soon one how to make a shadowbox card.
