Today I'm going to share a few masculine cards made with the Cowboy Boot stamp from the Bootiful Occasions stamp set.
For a little added detail, I pierced several holes on the boot image, then sewed Linen Thread around all the image layers.
Here are a couple swaps I wanted to share:
Here is a card made by Rosemarrie Gonzalez
She used a little colored thin metal then embossed it with the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder.
Here's a card made by Tina Taggart-Smith. She used the new Chevron EF for the Not Quite Navy background. I love the silver spur made from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack and a Silver Mini Brad.
The hitching post and rope are my favorite parts of this card. The post was made with the Woodgrain Embossing Folder too (but it's turned over so you only see the flat side). She used a little hemp twine for the rope.
|Early Espresso Core'dinations Colorcore Card Stock||127848|
Use 80 lb. sandable card stock to create an antiqued, distressed, color-popping look. Outside layers are exclusive Stampin' Up! colors--one side textured, one side smooth. Inside layer is a monochromatic color. Reveal inside layer by sanding, tearing, or distressing. 12 sheets; 12" x 12"; acid- and lignin-free. Use with Stampin' Sanding System and Core'dinations Dust Buddy. Early Espresso.
