This week, I'm going to showcase the Bootiful Occasions stamp set.  We had a stamp camp last week using this set, so I thought I'd show the cards we made this week, along with some swaps I received at convention.

Today's cards are using the Halloween boot stamp.  This was a card I designed for a swap at convention.  I used VersaMark Ink for the boot and words, then heat embossed with Black EP.  The spiderweb was created with the Spider Web Embossing Folder, then I used a Sponge Dauber to rub Platinum Shimmer Paint over it.

Don't you love the detail on the embossed boot?

Here are a few more samples from swaps I received at convention:

This card was made by Rosalie Gochnour.

I liked how she used the splotchy stamp from the French Foliage set to create an interesting background.

This fun Halloween card was made by Jill Rosenkrantz.

I like how she used some of the new 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon for the trim on the boot.  If you spend $40 during the month of September, you can receive a FREE roll of this ribbon.
